Subprocessors
Overview
A “Subprocessor” is a third party that we authorize to process Personal Data on our behalf to help provide the MySalesSquad.AI service (the “Service”).
Subprocessors are typically used for core infrastructure, security, product functionality, and communications, such as:
- Hosting and database infrastructure
- Email delivery
- Authentication providers
- AI processing providers
- Customer communications tools
This page is intended to provide transparency about subprocessors that may process Personal Data and Customer Content. If your use of the Service is governed by a Data Processing Addendum (DPA), the subprocessor terms in that DPA apply in addition to this page.

What is not listed
Some tools we use for internal development (for example, local code editors) do not process Customer Content on our behalf as part of delivering the Service, and are not listed as subprocessors.
Change notices
We may add, replace, or remove subprocessors to support product features, reliability, security, and scale.
When we make a material change to subprocessors that process Customer Content, we will publish an updated version of this page with a new effective date. Prior versions are available in the Policy archive.
If your use of the Service is governed by a DPA and applicable data protection laws, we will provide notice of intended changes and an opportunity to object, as required by law and the DPA.
