Acceptable Use Policy
MySalesSquad.AI is built to help sellers and GTM teams do better work. This Acceptable Use Policy (the “AUP”) explains what is allowed and what is not allowed when using the MySalesSquad.AI service (the “Service”).
This AUP is part of our Terms of Service. If there is a conflict between this AUP and the Terms, the Terms control.

1. Business use only
The Service is intended for business and commercial use. By using the Service, you represent that you are using it for business or commercial purposes, not for personal, family, or household purposes.
2. Core principle
Please use the Service in a way that:
- Complies with applicable law
- Respects the rights and privacy of others
- Does not create security risk or disrupt the Service
- Does not attempt to exploit the Service, other users, or third parties
3. Prohibited uses
3.1 Illegal activity and harmful conduct
You may not use the Service to:
- Break the law or encourage others to break the law
- Exploit, harm, or endanger minors in any way
- Create, share, or request child sexual abuse material or any content that sexualizes minors
- Promote or facilitate violence, terrorism, or extremist violence
- Threaten, incite, or glorify violence or physical harm
- Facilitate real-world wrongdoing (for example, instructions for criminal acts)
3.2 Fraud, deception, and impersonation
You may not use the Service to:
- Commit fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
- Phish for credentials or personal information
- Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with a person or company
- Impersonate an individual, brand, or organization in a way that is misleading or harmful
- Mislead others about whether content or communications are generated by AI, when that context is material to trust or compliance
3.3 Harassment, hate, and abusive content
You may not use the Service to:
- Harass, bully, stalk, or threaten individuals or groups
- Promote hate or discrimination against protected groups
- Encourage self-harm or eating-disorder behaviors
- Create or distribute content that is abusive, sexually exploitative, or intended to degrade or humiliate others
3.4 Security abuse and technical interference
You may not use the Service to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, accounts, systems, networks, or data
- Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without our prior written permission
- Bypass, disable, or circumvent security controls, rate limits, or access restrictions
- Introduce malware, malicious code, or harmful payloads
- Use the Service to develop, distribute, or improve malware, exploits, credential stuffing, or other offensive security capabilities
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by sending excessive requests or attempting denial-of-service activity
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service, except where explicitly permitted by law
Responsible disclosure: If you believe you found a security issue, email security@mysalessquad.ai with details. Please do not publicly disclose until we have had a chance to investigate.
3.5 Scraping, harvesting, and automation abuse
You may not:
- Scrape or harvest data from the Service at scale
- Use automated means to access the Service in a way that creates undue load or bypasses usage controls
- Collect information about other users without their permission
- Attempt to extract model prompts, hidden instructions, or confidential system logic through abusive prompt techniques
3.6 Privacy and data protection
You are responsible for the data you submit to the Service (“Customer Content”). You may not submit Customer Content that:
- You do not have the right to use, share, or process
- Violates privacy, confidentiality, or data protection laws or obligations
- Contains highly sensitive personal information unless it is strictly necessary for your business purpose and you have the right to provide it
Examples of highly sensitive personal information include:
- Government-issued ID numbers (such as passport or driver’s license numbers)
- Social Security numbers or national identification numbers
- Full payment card numbers, bank account credentials, or PINs
- Passwords or authentication secrets
- Medical or health records
- Precise geolocation data about individuals (unless required and authorized)
- Information about children
If you choose to include business contact information (such as a prospect’s business email, phone number, title, and company), you are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis and appropriate permissions to use that information for your business purposes.
3.7 Intellectual property and rights of others
You may not use the Service to:
- Infringe or misappropriate intellectual property rights
- Upload content you do not have the right to use
- Remove or alter proprietary notices in the Service
3.8 Communications, outreach, and anti-spam
The Service may help generate messages, sequences, and outreach content. You may not use the Service to:
- Send spam or bulk unsolicited messages in violation of applicable law or platform rules
- Run deceptive lead-gen, fake reviews, fake identities, or misleading claims
- Violate applicable marketing, privacy, or anti-spam requirements
You are responsible for:
- Verifying the accuracy of any outreach content before sending
- Following the rules of the channels you use (email providers, social platforms, CRMs)
- Respecting opt-outs and consent requirements where applicable
3.9 High-risk uses and reliance
The Service may produce AI-generated outputs (“AI Outputs”). AI Outputs can be inaccurate.
You may not use the Service:
- As a substitute for professional advice (legal, financial, medical, tax, compliance)
- For safety-critical decisions where errors could reasonably lead to serious harm
- To make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without appropriate safeguards and review
You are responsible for reviewing AI Outputs before using them and for your decisions, actions, and compliance.
3.10 Export controls and sanctions
You may not use the Service in violation of U.S. or other applicable export control and sanctions laws. You represent that you are not located in, and will not allow access to the Service from, any country or region subject to comprehensive embargoes or sanctions, and you are not listed on any U.S. government restricted party list.
4. Enforcement
We may take action if we reasonably believe you have violated this AUP, the Terms, or applicable law, including:
- Removing or disabling access to content
- Restricting features or usage
- Suspending or terminating accounts
- Blocking certain integrations or workflows
- Reporting suspected illegal activity to appropriate authorities when required or appropriate
During the invite-only beta, we may take these actions immediately and without prior notice to protect the Service, users, and third parties.

Please include enough detail for us to investigate, such as screenshots, timestamps, and relevant identifiers.
6. Changes to this AUP
We may update this AUP from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated AUP with a new effective date, and prior versions will be available in the Policy archive. Your continued use of the Service after the changes become effective means you accept the updated AUP.
